2. HOW LONG DOES THE WARRANTY LAST?

- All of our products are guaranteed and exchanged in the first 7 days (for the valuable products, depending on specific ones, are covered by longer warranties).
- Customers have the right to check the products before receiving and pay the shippers by cash.
- Our shop will give customers a five-time refund if the products are found to be fake or inaccurate compared to the advertisement.
- Customers will be advised on the products by the customer care staff when needed.

3. WARRANTY RETURNS

- Customers buy products from our shop and discover the defects before using them (the defects resulting from manufacturing).
- The products are still in warranty period (7 days return and exchange).
- If the 7-day warranty expires, our shop will support customers to exchange for the new product with the lower price if they want.
